Reserve movements do not stop after the initial ledger setup. Monthly reconciliation sessions keep your institutional register current by matching new wallet activity to ledger entries and surfacing discrepancies while they are still manageable.
Each Session Covers
- Review of wallet transactions since the last reconciliation date
- Matching entries against source documents you provide
- Identification of unmatched receipts or ledger gaps
- Updated discrepancy log with recommended corrective actions
- Brief written summary for your internal records
Retainer Options
Firms with regular reserve activity may prefer a quarterly retainer covering three sessions at a reduced per-session rate. Contact us for retainer pricing based on your transaction volume.
