Our Ledger Process
How Page Maple Core organizes institutional reserve ledgers from intake through handover.
Every reserve ledger engagement follows the same disciplined sequence. Variations occur in scope and timeline, not in methodology.
Phase I — Intake and Scoping
We begin with a consultation at our Gangnam office or by secure video call. You describe your wallet structure, custody arrangements, and current record-keeping practices. We identify documentation sources and estimate engagement scope.
Deliverable: Scoping memo with timeline, quote range, and document checklist.
Typical duration: 1–3 business days
Phase II — Document Collection and Cataloguing
You provide access to physical and digital records. Our specialists date-stamp, index, and catalog each item without altering original order. Missing documents are logged in a gap register.
Deliverable: Complete document inventory with gap log.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks depending on volume
Phase III — Ledger Construction
Entries are transcribed into the institutional reserve ledger in chronological order. Each entry cross-references its source document, authorizing officer, and wallet identifier. Custody chain sections are built in parallel.
Deliverable: Draft ledger volumes with cross-reference index.
Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
Phase IV — Review and Revision
You walk through the draft ledger with your assigned specialist. Discrepancies, corrections, and additional documents are incorporated in up to two revision rounds included in the base engagement.
Deliverable: Revised ledger ready for final approval.
Typical duration: 3–5 business days
Phase V — Handover
Final ledger volumes and a digital index are delivered to your designated custodian. We conduct a handover session explaining the ledger structure, index conventions, and ongoing maintenance recommendations.
Deliverable: Bound ledger set, digital index, attestation summary.
Typical duration: 1 session
